Internet Explorer disables all Javascipt on the browser, so either you'll have to enable it (https://www.enablejavascript.io/how-to-enable-javascript-on-internet-explorer/) or download Brave or Firefox on your main PC, then copy the installer and paste onto your RDP and run it.
