Renewal Process

You will receive an invoice 14 days before your service is due to renewal. If you choose not to renew, please put a cancellation request in before the due date. You have the ability to select either Immediate cancellation or End of Billing Period.

 

After 3 Days of an unpaid invoice, your service will become suspended and no longer accessible.

 

After 7 Days of an unpaid invoice, your service will be terminated and data will fully wiped and gone forever.
